Since retirement the Master Chief's service to the community has included:

Served the Florida Rotary District 6970 as District Chairman for Youth Exchange for
10 years, District Chairman Friendship Exchange for 3 years, and District Treasurer
for one year. He was President Gainesville Sunrise Rotary Club in 1993 and was the
Team Leader for Group Study Exchange to Argentina and Uruguay (for six weeks) that
same year. In 1997 he was Team Leader for Group Study Exchange to Spain (for four
weeks). The Master Chief retired from the Rotary in 2002. |
